*Physicians who register will receive an access code in their registration confirmation email. This code allows up to 4 clinical colleagues (physician, nurse, advanced practice provider, shock coordinator, etc.) on their team to participate for free. Only ONE access code can be used at any time.
Full conference registration includes educational sessions, refreshment breaks, breakfast and lunch satellites, a dinner satellite, exhibit area access, post-meeting session recordings, and slide decks for up to 30 days.
By registering for 2026 SCAI SHOCK, you consent to the following age limit policy: all registrants, including guests, must be at least 16 years of age.

Registrant requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to SCAI via email by Wednesday, August 19, 2026. Cancellations received on or before Wednesday, August 19, 2026, are entitled to a full refund minus a $25.00 processing fee per registrant. Cancellations must be made to [email protected]; telephone cancellations will not be accepted. No refunds will be granted for no-shows or cancellations made after Wednesday, August 19, 2026. Refunds will be processed no later than 3 weeks after the meeting.
Substitutions of a registered attendee is allowed at any time with the written authorization of the person who is no longer able to attend. The substitute attendee must be from the same institution as the prior registered attendee. Send the name of the registrant and substitute attendee's name and contact information to the SCAI in writing to [email protected].
You may complete your online registration with one of the following payment methods: American Express, MasterCard or Visa. If you are unable to complete your online registration in one session and do not provide credit card payment, you will receive an email with a link to complete your registration.
Photography at SCAI Meetings is permitted for personal, social media, and other non-commercial purposes. However, presenters reserve the right to prohibit photography during their sessions, and attendees must honor such requests.
Any photography must be conducted in a non-disruptive manner that does not interfere with presenters or other attendees. Flash photography, video recording, live audio or video streaming, and recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited.
