2026 SCAI SHOCK

Thank you for participating as faculty for 2026 SCAI SHOCK, which will be held September 17 – 19, 2026 at the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at the Arch. 
 
Please visit the Speaker Service Center to:  

• RSVP to participate in the meeting
• Complete your conflict-of-interest disclosure 
• Accept your assignments
• Complete presenter agreements     
  • Note: you must complete this step to access registration and housing information 
• Add a biography and headshot
• Access registration and housing information
• Download a presentation template
• Upload your PowerPoint slides

 All faculty must be present in St. Louis to participate; there is no virtual participation option.

Presentation Upload 

• You may upload your PPT online up to 4 hours before your session starts.
• However, to allow enough time for troubleshooting, if needed, we strongly encourage you to upload at least 24 hours in advance and to visit the onsite Speaker Ready Room (Sterling Studio 6) at least 2 hours before your session start time. 
• If your session is early in the morning and the room will not be open 2 hours beforehand, please stop by the day before. 

Speaker Ready Room Hours 

• Thursday, September 17: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM 
• Friday, September 18: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday, September 19: 7:00 AM – 12:30 PM

 Registration and Instructions 

Faculty registration must be completed online and is complimentary. You must be registered for the meeting to receive your faculty badge onsite.  
 
To register, please log in with your SCAI credentials, and enter the complimentary promo code found in the Speaker Service Center. Please note that you must complete the presenter agreement step to view the registration and housing information page.  

Hotel Reservations 

Faculty are responsible for making their own hotel and travel arrangements. Please find the link to book your hotel reservation in your registration confirmation email.  

The SCAI group rate is $189 (plus taxes and fees) and is available through Wednesday, August 19th , 2026, or until the block of rooms sells out. Space is limited, and rooms are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. 

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. This card will be charged in the event of a cancellation, no-show, or deposit when warranted.   

Program 

Please view the program agenda on our web app. If you have updated your headshot and biography in your faculty profile, they will be posted to the app.
