Accreditation Statement
The Society for Cardiovascular Angiography & Interventions is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
Designation Statement
The Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions designates this live activity for a maximum of 7.75 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Additionally, learners may earn up to 3 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM by participating in the satellite activities.
ABIM MOC
Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 7.75 medical knowledge MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine's (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.
Additionally, learners may earn up to 3 ABIM MOC points by participating in the satellite activities.
Nurses
Nurses, including Registered Nurses (RNs) and Nurse Practitioners (NPs), can receive and use AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™️ to fulfill Nursing CPD and recertification requirements with most certifying bodies and state licensure boards. Please check with your state for specific requirements.
Radiology Technologists
This education activity is pending approval by the Association for Vascular and Interventional Radiographers (AVIR) for up to 7.75 A+ credit hours.
