Submitting a case report to 2026 SCAI SHOCK allows you to share your experience, knowledge, latest clinical data, and medical advances with a multidisciplinary audience driving real-world change.
Case Submissions
Case submissions must include a case report and PowerPoint file and will be considered for either poster presentation or oral presentation during our meeting.
The "Top Shock Cases" Session will be on Thursday, September 17, from 5:30 to 6:30 PM., and all poster presenters are required to attend the poster session from 6:30 to 7:30 PM.
Submission is free!
All accepted presenters will receive nontransferable complimentary registration.
Case categories in 2026 include the following:
- Access & Complications
- Heart Failure Shock
- Hemodynamics
- ICU Care & Pharmacology
- Miscellaneous Shock
- Myocardial Infarction & Shock
- Post-cardiotomy Shock
- RV & PE-Shock
- Teams (Coordination/EMS/Admin)
- Valvular-Shock
Please identify a category for your case submission. You may only choose one category. Please select the category based on your case's most important learning point.
Submissions are welcomed from but not limited to cardiologists, intensivists, surgeons, nurses, advanced practice providers, and hospital administrators.
Submissions close Tuesday, July 7, 2026, 11:59 PM PST.
