The SCAI 2026 Fellows Courses will take place at the Hyatt Regency Miami. SCAI partners with the hotel to meet a certain room expectation. Therefore, the success of the meeting relies heavily on you staying at the host hotel.
Reservations can only be made after being accepted into one of the SCAI 2026 Fellows Courses. The reservation link for the Hyatt Regency Miami can be found in your acceptance confirmation email.
The SCAI group rate is $209 (plus taxes and fees) and is available through November 9, 2026 (the date the SCAI housing block closes) or until the block of rooms sells out. Space is limited, and rooms are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Housing Sham Warning
Sham housing companies are approaching the SCAI 2026 Fellows Courses members and exhibitors with fraudulent offerings of hotel rooms at significant discounts. Lured by highly attractive rates, exhibitors and attendees fall prey to these impostors and end up losing significant deposits, discovering hidden costs, having to pay upfront charges, or being bait and switched to hotel rooms they never booked. These "housing" companies are in no way affiliated with SCAI and the Hyatt Regency Miami.
SCAI and the Hyatt Regency Miami will not contact you directly to make a reservation. The only way to guarantee a room reservation is to use the hotel booking link provided to you in your registration confirmation email.
If you are contacted by anyone asking if you need a room reservation for the SCAI 2026 Fellows Courses or claiming to represent the “SCAI housing provider,” please get as much information as you can, then contact Jamie Parreco at SCAI via email at [email protected] or call toll-free at 1-800-992-7224.
Housing Policies
Reservations may be canceled, without penalty, up to forty-eight (48) hours prior to reserved and confirmed scheduled arrival date. Cancellations must be done through the Hotel's Reservation Department by calling 305-358-1234 or 877-803-7534 or by the custom hotel portal link, found in the registration confirmation email. Reservations canceled forty-eight (48) hours or less may be charged one night’s lodging plus taxes.
