*Physicians who register will receive an access code in their registration confirmation email that can be shared with up to four clinical and administrative colleagues on their team, allowing each colleague to register for just $25. Please note: only one registration may be completed with the access code at a time.
Registration includes educational sessions, breakfast and lunch, and refreshment breaks.
Registrant requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to SCAI via email by Wednesday, August 19, 2026. Cancellations received on or before Wednesday, August 19, 2026, are entitled to a full refund minus a $25 processing fee per registrant. Cancellations must be made to [email protected]; telephone cancellations will not be accepted. No refunds will be granted for no-shows or cancellations made after Wednesday, August 19, 2026. Refunds will be processed no later than three weeks after the meeting.
Substitutions for a registered attendee is allowed at any time with the written authorization of the person who is no longer able to attend. The substitute attendee must be from the same institution as the prior registered attendee. Send the name of the registrant and substitute attendee's name and contact information to the SCAI in writing to [email protected].

If you are unable to complete your online registration in one session and do not provide a credit card payment, you will receive an email with a link to complete your registration.
