Dr. Sarita Rao is a Senior Interventional Cardiologist and Director of the Cath Lab at Apollo Hospitals, Indore, India. She is also the President of the WINCARS Association. With over two decades of experience and a strong presence on international cardiology platforms, she serves on boards including EAPCI, SCAI, APSIC WIN, and the CSI PINK Council. She is also the Executive Editor of IJCDW and the Author of many books. She has achieved several landmark firsts in India and the SAARC region, particularly in complex coronary and structural interventions. She has received multiple prestigious awards and has contributed extensively to research, with publications in reputed national and international journals. She is also actively involved in multiple global coronary trials. She continues to advance innovation, academic excellence, and women's cardiovascular health globally.
