Current State of Simulation in Interventional Cardiology Training: Results of a SCAI Survey

Simulation training is transforming interventional cardiology education, offering a safer, more controlled environment for mastering complex procedures. This SCAI survey, published in JSCAI, reveals significant challenges in accessibility, standardization, and integration into training programs. The authors call for stronger collaboration between medical organizations, educators, and industry to make high-quality simulation training more widely accessible, ensuring the next generation of interventional cardiologists is prepared for complex procedures.
