Dr. Primero Ng, MBBS (Hons), FSCAI, is a consultant interventional cardiologist based in Perth, Western Australia, with a focus on complex coronary artery disease, including chronic total occlusions and high-risk percutaneous coronary intervention. He graduated with honors from the University of Western Australia and completed cardiology and advanced coronary training at Royal Perth Hospital, with a strong emphasis on intravascular imaging and coronary physiology.
He was the only international fellow selected to undertake a dedicated CHIP fellowship at the University of Washington Medical Center in Seattle, where he trained under Dr. Bill Lombardi, Dr. Kate Kearney, and Dr. Lorenzo Azzalini, further refining his expertise in complex PCI and CTO intervention.
Dr. Ng currently serves as a consultant interventional cardiologist at Royal Perth Hospital, where he is actively involved in building and delivering a contemporary complex coronary program.
