Dr. Younes earned his MD degree at the American University of Beirut, then completed his internal medicine residency, cardiology fellowship, interventional cardiology fellowship, and advanced interventional cardiology fellowship with a focus on endovascular at University Hospitals' Cleveland Medical Center. He is currently the Director of Endovascular Services - PPC at Promedica in Toledo, Ohio. He serves as the system director for the PERT program at Promedica as well as the limb salvage division leader at the Jobst Vascular Institute. He is involved in global health, building rheumatic heart disease screening programs in Kenya and implementing sustainable mitral balloon valvuloplasty programs.
