All interventional cardiology fellows-in-training whose program ends in 2008 and reside in United States or Canada.

SCAI will contact eligible fellows-in-training when fellows can make their own hotel and travel arrangements.

Once instructed, fellows will make their own hotel arrangements. PLEASE NOTE:   You will be required to provide a credit card to ensure your reservation and room incidentals.  SCAI will not be responsible for incidentals or cancellation charges.

SCAI has arranged for discounted hotel rooms at Sheraton New Orleans Hotel in New Orleans, Louisiana. SCAI will reimburse up to four nights of accommodations at Sheraton New Orleans Hotel only.  The Fellows C3 Summit along with the 17th Annual Peripheral Angioplasty and All That Jazz will take place entirely at this hotel.

travel

Eligible fellows must also make their own travel arrangements.  All air travel must be booked by April 4, 2008.  SCAI must have confirmation of air travel emailed to ahickman@scai.org.  PLEASE NOTE:  Fellows will only be reimbursed for coach airfare to New Orleans, LA.  SCAI will not be responsible for change fees or cancellations.
