You will then be sent a separate email regarding hotel, travel and case submission.

You can also register by printing the PDF of the registration form and faxing it back to (202) 375-6837.

Once the office processes your registration, you will receive an email confirmation.

You will be then be sent an email regarding hotel, travel and case submission.
