Forum Goals/Objectives:
- Explore recent device trial data as it relates to women and sex-based outcomes - Discuss the data as it exists and in terms of what information is lacking
- Discuss how use of registries might inform clinical trial design
- Review proven measures for improving clinical trial enrollment as it relates to women and other minority patient groups
- Engage stakeholders including industry, regulatory bodies and physicians to find collaborative solutions and identify areas for future improvement
- Draft white paper which presents data reviewed during forum, and provides an outline for future steps which should be taken to improve outcomes
