Do you have someone in your life who doesn't get to the doctor as often as they should?
The U.S recently celebrated “Take a Loved One to the Doctor Day,” (TALO) the end of a six-month campaign to raise awareness of those who may need transportation or other help, encouragement or at least a little nudge to see their doctor or cardiologist.
SecondsCounts offers this space as a year-round reminder that your family members, friends, coworkers or neighbors may need the help and encouragement you can provide to see their doctor.
Call them, visit them, email them -- and ask them to make an appointment and let you take them there. SecondsCount has prepared a list of questions for when they do meet with the doctor. Read it and print it here.
Make a difference. Help the people you care about and want in your life be healthier and enjoy theirs longer.
Now, who do you know who hasn’t been to their doctor for a while?
