New this year, we are introducing a premium registration which includes a complimentary subscription to SCAI 2012 On Demand, ensuring you won't miss any sessions.

PLEASE NOTE: Admission to all events is by badge or ticket only. Registration includes ONE Annual Banquet ticket, and daily continental breakfast. In order to attend the Annual Banquet, attendees will need to RSVP on site at SCAI 2012.
PREMIUM REGISTRATION: Includes subscription to SCAI 2012 On Demand.

Annual Banquet Tickets
SCAI 2012 attendees receive one free Annual Banquet ticket (excluding One Day registrants). Additional guests can purchase Annual Banquet tickets for $150.
*SCAI 2012 attendees will need to RSVP onsite at SCAI 2012 in order to attend the Banquet.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds will only be given if written notifi cation is received by March 29, 2012. No telephone cancellations will be accepted. Your refund will be issued less a $50 processing charge within 8 weeks after the meeting. Refunds will not be given to no-shows.
