Reminder on CME/Attendance Certificate - Online Evaluation
In order to receive your CME credits for attending SCAI 2012 Scientific Sessions, we ask that you take 10 minutes to complete an online evaluation. Upon completion of the evaluation you will receive a certificate of attendance. Please allow one week to receive your certificate. Note that the answers you provide will remain strictly confidential and will only be used to enhance our understanding of your needs so that SCAI can continue to provide a unique educational experience.
