1. How do I maintain my certification in Interventional Cardiology?
- Hold a valid certification in cardiovascular disease.
- Enroll and complete the ABIM Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program prior to the expiration date on your current interventional cardiology certification.
- For a complete summary of MOC requirements for Interventional Cardiology, visit www.abim.org. Go to "Get Information by Specialty" in the right column and select Interventional Cardiology.

2. How do I enroll in the ABIM MOC program?
The ABIM MOC enrollment fee is $1,720. In order to enroll, you will need to log in to the Physician Login page of the ABIM website, and go to "My Maintenance of Certification Program" and click on "Enroll in Maintenance of Certification Program"
How to log in to the ABIM Physician Login page:
- Do you know your ABIM ID number and your ABIM password?
If yes, enroll by CLICKING HERE.
- If this is your first time logging in to the ABIM Physician Login page,
your default password is your six-digit date of birth.
To enroll, go to the American Board of Internal Medicine.
