The 2010 GIS education program will have two tracks, both featuring live cases:
Program Director: Dr. Ted Feldman
This track will offer case-based scenarios, with representatives from each country tackling a different topic, presenting a case, and leading the discussion. Both tracks will feature live cases, performed by Turkish and other interventionalists and transmitted via satellite to attendees at the summit.
Program Director: Dr. Ziyad M. Hijazi
This track will be mostly didactic, with lectures on such topics as aortic valve disease, mitral valve disease, and hypoplastic left heart syndrome. Both tracks will feature live cases, performed by Turkish and other interventionalists and transmitted via satellite to attendees at the summit.
