    • Understand the various pathologies that involve the thoracic aorta and how thoracic endografts may contribute to the management of thoracic aneurysm dissection and thoracic aortic injury.
    • Present the initial results of endovascular sten-graft management of thoracic aortic injury and the potential benefits that endovascular techniques may provide as an alternative to open surgery.
    • Review the pathology of aortic dissection and the results of traditional therapies of acute type B aortic dissection.
