Below are lesson plans that primarily examine the fundamental relationship between lumen patency and intracoronary interventions including PTCA, bare-metal stenting, drug-eluting stents, and brachytherapy. The student will also be introduced to the effective use of IVUS to characterize immediate and late effects of these therapies as well.
