Annual Scientific Sessions

More than a conference, Scientific Sessions brings the global interventional cardiology community together to hear from leaders in the field, share the latest research, and learn about new best practices and clinical techniques.

With uniquely comprehensive and unbiased programming, from the Fellows Summit for Complex Cases to the induction of the new class of MSCAI, this event draws people together, irrespective of their sub-specialty or career stage, to share and learn from each other's knowledge and experiences.

SCAI SHOCK Generic Landing Page Art

SCAI SHOCK

Mortality from cardiogenic shock complicating myocardial infraction remains high, approaching or exceeding 50% throughout the past 30 years, despite the development of percutaneous mechanical circulatory support technology and the national standard of emergent angioplasty and stenting.

SCAI SHOCK serves as a setting where the current diagnosis and management techniques of cardiogenic shock using the SCAI SHOCK classification system can be shared and discussed.

Through lectures, case-based presentations, breakout sessions, and simulations, gain knowledge and practical know-how you can apply to daily practice.
